Samaritan Group, Inc.

All volunteer agency, established in Gloucester County since 1992.  Board of directors are retired members of the community, teachers, accountants, social workers, civil service and private sector.

We are members of the Gloucester Resource Council, the Northern Neck Middle Housing Peninsula Housing Coalition and work with sub-committees, such as the Census 2020.  We network with our local resources (Dept of Social Services, Salvation Army, Giving Garden, Bay Housing, GUEST, 3-Rivers Healthy Families and Rural Infants Services Program (RISP) to name a few to address the needs of clients.

Provide financial assistance for basic needs of power, water, oil and gas. Provide assistance to students for field trips and competitions (Oddessy of the Mind, etc). Provide assistance for car repairs and process cars for donation. All volunteer agency with operating budget of $80K.
