Housing Partnerships, Inc

Housing Partnerships, Inc. believes every family deserves a home that is Safe, Warm, and Dry. We are a nonprofit that operates in the Historic Triangle area providing home repair assistance to families in need.  

HPI works to repair or replace substandard housing in the City of Williamsburg, James City County, and York County, Virginia. Our unique strength is the formation of true partnership between communities, volunteers and our neighbors in need to achieve the goal of Safe, Warm, and Dry housing.

Our programs include emergency home repair and/or replacement, accessibility repairs (i.e. wheelchair ramps), indoor plumbing repairs and installation, and neighborhood revitalization.
