After The Arc Am charity golf tournament, participants, spouses, and the public are invited to Party at the Point! The Nansemond and James Rivers are the ideal backdrop for an evening of delicious food and dancing to the sounds of the original Rhondels. Party at the Point is being advertised as a separate event and tickets will be sold throughout the community.
Proceeds from The Arc Am and Party at the Point benefit people with disabilities served by VersAbility Resources. Your support this year will allow nearly 40 individuals with disabilities to live, work, and thrive in our community as part of VersAbility’s Work Experience Program. Most of the individuals in the program come to VersAbility each day to work under the supervision and direction of trained staff. In addition to the pride and independence that comes from earning their own wages, regular work allows people with disabilities to improve their overall health by engaging in ongoing physical activity and regular social interaction.
