One Saturday Morning to help us prepare all of the supplies for winter shelter!
A Night's Welcome winter Shelter program supplied nearly 7,000 bed nights of shelter to 300 individuals last year. That requires a lot of supplies to support an undertaking of this size.
Throughout the summer, our trailer is used for maintenancing our year-round shelters and transporting donations wherever they may need to go. But during the winter months, it must be transitioned back to supporting A Night's Welcome Winter Shelter. We do this in one morning--moving sleeping mats, counting and bagging blankets, loading toiletries, adding any supplies needed to help our homeless brothers and sisters.
Come out and give us a hand with this project!! Help the homeless by ensuring they have the necessary supplies to get a good night's rest in a safe, warm, dry place.
