We are so excited to host our annual Back to School Picnic! It is a fun event and great chance to equip students and their families for the upcoming school year. We need your help to make it a successful and smooth event! This year, volunteer roles include:
- Set up/break down
- School supply distribution
- Registration
- Refreshments (popcorn & snowcones)
- Serving catered food
- Kids’ activities (soccer, cornhole, bubbles)
- Craft & coloring table
- Face painting
There are 2 shift options: 9:30am-12:30pm (set up and first half of event) & 12:00-2:30pm (second half of event and clean up).
