Who We Are
The Hampton Roads Community Action Program (HRCAP) is a nonprofit agency with 56 years of dedicated experience providing over 20 quality programs committed to increasing education, serving veterans, financial literacy, workforce development, and housing opportunities for residents in need in the Hampton Roads community.
What We Do
HRCAP's most notable programs and events include Head Start, the Two Gen Program, the CEO Leadership Summit, Navigating Wealth Workforce Development Program, Project Discovery, the Emergency Services Program, the Marshall Ridley Choice Neighborhood Program, and the annual Community Builders Awards.
