Who We Are
"Gloucester Housing Partnership" was
formed in 1992 and incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a 501(c)3
non-profit organization. In 2022, the
organization rebranded itself as "Rural
Housing Partnership" (RHP) in an effort to expand services beyond
Gloucester to bordering rural counties.
What We Do
Our primary mission is to assist low income 60+ homeowners with home repairs so they may live sustainably and safely in their homes. To this end, we focus on helping eligible clients access federal funding to augment our budget. Our home repairs include roofing, HVACs, plumbing, electrical, ADA bathroom conversions and ADA access ramps. Our goal is to prevent homelessness.
Other income restricted homeowners are considered on a case-by-case basis.
