What We Do
Our volunteers provide an added layer of companionship and support for patients and caregivers as they navigate the ups and downs of end-of-life care. To become a volunteer, all you need is a compassionate heart. Our volunteer training will teach you everything you need to know to be a companion for someone during their end-of-life journey. You’ll learn valuable skills in grief counseling, spiritual and emotional support, and end-of-life care. We service the Tidewater region, which includes Williamsburg, Hampton, Newport News, and Yorktown.
