Who We Are
Education. We will promote community awareness, commit to mentor, counsel, guide and teach all
who have a desire to listen and learn.
Scholarships. We will offer tuition assistance whenever possible.
Feed the hungry. In this day and time our local food banks need our help. Families are struggling
to put food on the table. If everyone pitches in to do their part, we can make a difference.
Assist the victims of a disaster. Unfortunately, things happen. Fires, floods and natural disasters
leave families homeless and without their possessions. SOC wants to be there to provide relief aid
when we can.
Supportive Housing. Realizing we can’t help everyone, we will offer transitional housing to the
homeless. We will strive to provide reasonable housing for the elderly, low income and single
parents so that they may live independently.

What We Do
Support Our Community is dedicated to performing charitable services in our community with compassion for people. We will strive to promote education awareness by helping young people develop the foundations to succeed through mentoring opportunities and scholarship achievements, we will seek to reach out, lend a helping hand, and offer support to those in need.
