To Encourage, Educate and Empower our Peninsula neighbors in need toward transformed and self-sustaining lives.
What We Do
THRIVE Peninsula is a faith-based non-profit helping families through financial hardship. In November 2023, THRIVE opened The Market at THRIVE, the Peninsula's first free grocery store. This is a space where we can connect Peninsula residents to fresh and healthy foods in a stigma free environment. In addition we provided financial assistance to prevent eviction, utility cut-off, loss of childcare or transportation. All recipients meet with a financial coach to connect to financial tools to improve their stability.
All of these services are offered by our crew of 280 weekly volunteers and 20 monthly volunteers.
