AT Home Care Hospice

AT Home Care Hospice strives to provide the best care and support to our patients and their families. We provide an interdisciplinary approach to best meet the needs of the patients and families coping with a terminal diagnosis. Our goal is to provide comfort and support to our patients and families. We serve patients who reside in both private residence and facilities. As an AT Home Care Hospice volunteer, individuals have the opportunity to connect with patients, provide support and companionship, and brighten someone's day. AT Home Care Hospice is looking for dedicated and compassionate volunteers to serve our patients and families. AT Home Care Hospice gives volunteers a unique opportunity to provide support to patients and grow as an individual, while working with those with a terminal diagnosis.

Hospice emphasizes palliative care versus curative treatment; quality versus quantity of life. Hospice provides a team of sensitive and responsive professionals and volunteers focused on patient-centered care.

Our volunteer program offers a variety of opportunities to assist families in your community including (but not limited to):

• Companionship
