Who We Are

Dreams of Hope Foundation was founded in 2012 with the mission of taking proactive steps to removing barriers that forces families to eliminate distress. Since its conception, Dreams of Hope Foundation has helped hundreds of families in the Hampton Roads area.  We are located in Newport News, Virginia. 
 
We provide various services, some to include: 
  • Transportation 
  • Medication Management Assistance
  • State ID / Birth Certificate 
  • iNfoucs Eye Glasses Voucher 
  • Clothing Closet
  • Support Groups
  • Mental Health Counseling 
  • Mentoring teen boys Ages 12 to 18
  • Referrals to community resources
  • Re-entry program for convicted Felons

 

What We Do

Our effort to help families become more self-sufficient and especially those that have mental disabilities. We assist with clothing, household items, Eye glasses voucher, State ID card and birth certificate replacement to include partners that will assist with Medication management and transportation.
