| Inclement Weather Plan: The current inclement weather plan is that we will proceed with the project 24 hours (the following day) after the rain has stopped. Because this event is on a Friday, ideally the rain check date would be the following Monday, September 15, 2025. Same location, and same time. Volunteers will be updated via email by September 11 at 5 p.m. if they project will be rescheduled due to weather. | |
