The World Arts Celebration is presented by the City of Newport News and Newport News Sister Cities. The festival will take place on Saturday, August 4, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. around the fountain at City Center at Oyster Point (735 Town Center Drive). The festival will celebrate over thirty cultures and feature hands-on exhibits, art demonstrations, entertainment and culinary delights.
Admission and parking are free.
Vehicle Painting Activity Position Responsibilities:

Assist festival patrons with painting flower designs for the vehicle painting activity

Maintain order of supplies, equipment, etc.
