The HomeMakers Program (HMP) Assistant’s primary function is to assist the HomeMakers Coordinator and Social Workers with the house activities associated with daily operations of the NATASHA House, Inc. (NHI) HMP. The position also requires strong skills in crisis counseling, client education, public speaking, and knowledge of service area resources. Must have the ability to represent NHI and its HMP in a manner that increases recognition and support. Moreover, this person will be responsible for the oversight of both the Life Coach & C.H.A.M.P.S. Mentoring Programs portion of the HMP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a non-related field with at least 1 year experience in the field or Pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work or a related field and at least 6 months experience in the field.
