Volunteers are needed to assist with packet pick up for pre-registered runners/walkers as well as t-shirt pick up.
Must have some sort of computer knowledge to look up names in the system and scan bar codes. Training on the system will be provided when you arrive for your shift.
Dress for the weather it is outdoors!
Last year we assisted 2K runners from 2pm-8pm.
I need the following shifts covered:
2pm-5:00pm - Four Volunteers needed for packet pick up and two for t-shirt pick up
5:00pm-8:00pm Four Volunteers needed for packet pick up and two for t-shirt pick up.
Please bring a chair to sit in if we have down time (not likely).
Any one needing volunteer hours for some reason I will double the amount of hours. Example, if you pick up the 2pm-5pm shift you will receive 6 hours for your time. Great chance for students to get service hours for middle and high school.
