Social Butterflies Foundation and its sponsor Aurinia invites patients, caregivers, and the medical community to join us for a day devoted to those affected by lupus and fibromyalgia. The Lupus & Fibromyalgia Summit and Health Fair provides a variety of discussions led by physicians and other experts dedicated to helping the survivors and the families battling these debilitating illnesses. There will be an abundance of resources from different community organizations available in the health fair to include but not limited to various health screenings.
The Summit and Health Fair takes place on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 10am - 5pm at Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton inside the conference rooms.
We need volunteers to help with set up, registration, lunch, assisting speakers and guests, assisting vendors, and clean up.
Volunteer hours are flexible:
Set Up begins at 8:30 am until 10:30 am
Registration begins at 10:00 am until 1:00 pm
Lunch begins at 12:00 until 1:30 pm
Vendor check in and set up begins at 11:00 am until 1:30 pm
Clean Up begins at 5:00 pm
