Correctional Center Kitchen Needs a New Coat of Paint

The Merrimac Juvenile Detention Center in Williamsburg has a need for volunteers to paint its correctional kitchen. The kitchen was last painted by volunteers in 2015. The facility is a 48 bed juvenile detention center that houses at risk youth detained by the courts and/or awaiting disposition. Over 30,000-meals and snacks are prepared and served from this kitchen that is manned by (4) dedicated kitchen staff 365 days a year.
