Due to Venue Changes, we are in need of additional Hallway Directors for this Event.
- Volunteers will check in at the Registration/Information table upon arrival. A brief orientation will be given regarding volunteer assignments. Descriptions, FAQ’s and a map will be provided (and sent out before hand via email).
- Some Volunteers will be placed main entrance area to help guide those participants arriving the morning of the event. Direct participants to the Registration Area to start.
- Provide directions to the Restrooms, classrooms, vendors paces etc. throughout the event.
Timeline:
- The event takes place from 8 AM – 2 PM.
- Arrival time of 6:30 - 7 AM.
- Volunteers may attend Forum events/sessions when able.
- If you only want to volunteer for part of the time, please let us know. Most volunteers needed first thing in the morning (between 7 AM - 10 AM). Lunch provided if you volunteer the entire duration.
