  • Paint shutters and possibly window trims and soffits
  • Replace porch light
  • Paint front porch
  • Repair/replace rear porch handrail
  • Replace yard shed flooring
  • Light landscaping cleanup/trimming/pruning
  • Re-caulk bathtub
