The United Way of the Virginia Peninsula has an exciting event planned this fall to showcase how our community LIVES UNITED. Through the generosity of thousands of compassionate donors and hundreds of unselfish volunteers, United Way is working to improve financial stability, quality education, and healthcare of everyone in our community. On Wednesday, September 6, 2017, United Way will celebrate both the kick-off of our 2017 campaign and our 24th annual Day of Caring. Day of Caring is an event where business leaders come together with local nonprofits and volunteers to leave the world better than they found it.
